About the wine
The dry red wine TRILOGIA is made exclusively from the grapes of the old | 3 ha Cabernet Sauvignon vines, which were planted in 1991 by Christos | Kokkalis. The vineyard is located in Agio Andrea/| Amalyada near Ilias on the Pelegones. | The low yield of 2500 - 4000 kg/ha and the long extraction time | of the grapes are the ideal prerequisite for the long aging potential | of this wine.

Vinification
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the | Trilogia matures in new oak barrels for 15 months.
