About the wine
Kissed by the Salento sun, with a fresh and pleasantly fruity taste, Negroamaro Triglia rosé is a love story between the sea and the beautiful region of Puglia.

Tasting note
The color features a characteristic pomegranate pink. The bouquet is elegant and complex with aromas of iron cherry, strawberry, raspberry and pink grapefruit, accompanied by fine floral notes such as wild rose and red geranium, which are supported by a subtle balsamic touch. On the palate, the wine is fresh, juicy and harmoniously fruity. The aftertaste is long-lasting, lively and pleasantly acidic, accompanied by a fine, spicy and spicy nuance. It ends with a penetrating, slightly bitter, yet very elegant finale.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif, but also with grilled meat, spicy pasta dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected. During alcoholic fermentation, the grapes are also crushed on the skins. This is followed by maceration to ensure the correct fermentation and extraction of the organic compounds from the skins, which are fundamental both for the aromatic profile of the wines and for their refinement.
