About the wine
A first-class red wine from Serbia, which impresses with its complex fruit bouquet and elegance. Made from 100% Prokupac, this wine has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe cherries, dark berries and raspberries develop, accompanied by fine vanilla and spicy notes. On the palate, Temet Tri Morave Red impresses with a harmonious balance of fruit, acidity and soft tannins. The strong structure is complemented by a lively taste of winter pear, black pepper and a touch of chocolate. The aftertaste is long and leaves a lasting impression of depth and complexity. A wine of impressive richness and elegance.

Tasting note
An expressive Prokupac in deep ruby red. Ripe cherries, dark berries and fine spices characterize the bouquet. Harmonious on the palate with notes of winter pear, black pepper and a touch of chocolate. Powerful, elegant — and with a long, impressive finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with an aperitif in general, great with risotto with seafood.
Vinification
Controlled fermentation, malolactic fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging in French and American barriques.
