About the wine
The town of Saumur, which is home to over 27,000 inhabitants, is located on the banks of the Lower Loire. The vineyards of the Bouvet Ladubay winery, which is one of France's most important sparkling wine producers, are located nearby. The estate's two main grapes are Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. The grape juice is obtained from 100 different winegrowers, who press and process their grapes according to strict guidelines.

Tasting note
The fineness of its structure highlights the charm and opulence of chenin, underlined by the characteristic aromas of the wood and the well-integrated tannins. Citrus and brioche accents, with a fine perlage; the palate shows substance and a nice length.
