About the wine

Tasting note
Starry nebula. It is both a magically attractive cool, soft glow, what a wonderfully clear, bright, red fruit, and this mineral dust, ash, all so slightly floating, of a clear, beguiling lightness and fascination. On the palate, the soft, clear glow of the fresh bright red fruit, very soft on the palate, circling around a dark, tart mineral mist, the minerality, very loose, simply weightless in the middle, and how beautiful and clear that reverberates! Merlot of such wonderfully light, clear, dark elegance, that doesn't really exist! Uniquely beautiful!
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team tip: TreSette IGT goes well with poultry, duck and slightly spicy red meat.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Fermentation with vineyard's own yeasts in oak tanks, aging and maturation in three different wooden barrels (700 l) - hence the name.
