About the wine
Although the wine-growing history on Tenerife with its volcanic soils dates back a long time, the small, family-run winery was only founded in 2006. The foundation is like ascending a throne straight out of the box, the winery has made it to the top and is today, only a few vintages later, considered THE winery on the island. On just 9 ha, a treasure of numerous indigenous, ancient vines is cultivated with hands. The principle also applies in the cellar: nature first! The wines exude a fairytale richness, full of color and life, independent and exceptionally unbelievable, everything you put into a 0.75l bottle. Be amazed and enjoy!

Tasting note
Fairytale magic. Golden, a heavenly wealth of warm tones, honey, resin, almond, bizarre smoke, hot wood. On the palate, this richness again, yet light as a dream, also tart and fresh, salty, the sea, vast, endless expanse. Magic wine!
Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Very gentle processing (partly whole grape fermentation) in cement tanks and barrels. Fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts, aged for 10 months in 500l French oak barrels. Without fining and unfiltered.
