Tasting note
The Pinot Nero grapes for this TrentoDoc sparkling wine are vinified white, which is why it gets a light yellow color (Blanc de Noir). This is followed by 72 months of bottle fermentation. Fine perlage and complex, fruity aroma accompanied by notes of roasted hazelnuts. Fresh, aromatic, dry and long-lasting on the palate.
