With this dominant white wine — Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Torre dei Beati masters this white wine in the blooming and sunny countryside of Abruzzo. Tasting note
Trebbiano in its various varieties is the most cultivated grape variety in Italy - for the simple reason that it can produce huge quantities. However, if the yield per vine is limited, the result is exciting, extract-rich and therefore long-lasting wines - similar to Chasselas in Switzerland. Organic winemaker Adriana Galasso and her partner Fausto Albanesi are now producing a single-varietal Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, whose finely aromatic bouquet and mineral breed make a delicious aperitif and at the same time an invigorating accompaniment to food.

Angaben über Vinifizierung: Die Trebbiano in ihren diversen Spielarten ist die meistange baute Traubensorte Italiens - aus dem einfachen Grund, dass sie riesige Mengen produzieren kann. Wenn aber der Ertrag pro Rebstock beschränkt wird, so entstehen - ähnlich wie beim Chasselas in der Schweiz - spannende, extraktreiche und damit langlebige Weine.
