About the wine

Tasting note
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Rich bouquet with notes of almonds, yellow flowers, vanilla and yellow flesh. Harmonious, fresh and soft taste on the palate. Balanced and very long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with soups, velvety soups, risottos. Excellent with eggplant parmigiana.
Vinification
Produced for the first time with the 2000 harvest from a massive selection, a short cut, a strict green harvest and a late harvest, the result is a very rich must that ferments and matures in French oak barrels, taking on elegant secondary aromas. The Toscana Trebbiano IGT from Capezzana is a surprising white wine, intense and structured, which continues to be enjoyed many years after bottling.
