Tasting note
Light straw yellow with green reflections, grapefruit, citrus fruits, somewhat exotic notes, sugar melon, elderflower, beautiful fresh fruit on the palate, well balanced with lively acidity. Present honey touch in the aftertaste, sticks well.
Vinification
Expanded in steel tanks and stored for 16 months.
