Tasting note
Brilliant, medium ruby red. On the nose, subtle aromas, dark berries and stone fruit, complemented by spicy notes such as cinnamon and cloves. Well-structured on the palate with velvety tannins, medium-weight body. Harmonious and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, pasta
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in large wooden barrels. Subsequent aging in French barriques for around 12 months.
