Tasting note
Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate of apricot jam, candied orange zest, nuances of rose oil, rather subtle bouquet. Firm, close-meshed, nuances of white pome fruit, fresh, delicate herbal spice, lemony, salty in the aftertaste, a balanced accompaniment.
Vinification
Fermented in 300 liter Capfenstein oak barrels and has nine months to harmonize with the fine yeast in the barrel before the wine is filled.
