Tasting note
Rich ruby red. Aromatic on the nose with scent of ripe fruit, especially red and black berries, complemented with spicy aromas, cloves, cinnamon, but also smoky notes. Soft and full on the palate, with velvety tannins. Balanced with lots of freshness and fruitiness.

Goes well with pizza, pasta, raw meat, Tuscan stews, roasts
Vinification
The maceration on the skins takes 15 - 18 days. Mash fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of between 26 and 28 degrees in steel vats. Ageing in steel vats for 6 months.
