Tasting note
The Taboadella Touriga Nacional Reserva is an outstanding example of the natural acidity offered by this exceptional terroir — the Dão. In the bouquet, you can discover floral notes of violets that remain in our memory, complemented by spicy aromas of black pepper and quartzite aromas of wet granite, which gives the wine a surprising complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with risotto, pasta, grilled fish, vegetables, cheese and charcuterie.
Vinification
10 months in new (20%) and two-year (80%) 500l French oak barrels.
