Tasting note
On the nose, expressive notes of violets, ripe red fruits and fine wood. Intense and complex on the palate, with good structure, supple tannins and a long, fruity finish.

Vinification
Tamped with feet in small lagares, fermentation at controlled temperature. Aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
