About the wine
With the special Touriga Nacional Branco from 2018, you will positively surprise your friends. Sunny landscapes in Dão give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta de Cabriz conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
The Cabriz Escolha Tinto 2022 comes in intense garnet red with purple reflections. Aromas of fresh red fruits and jam develop on the nose. On the palate, the wine appears fruity, smooth and balanced with elegant structure and fine, ripe tannins. An accessible, harmonious red wine with lots of regional character and an excellent price-performance ratio.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aged cheese, spicy fish dishes and white and red meats — whether prepared in a Mediterranean, Asian or Oriental way. Also ideal with pasta with spicy sauces or lamb from the oven.
Vinification
The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for at least 18 months and in the bottle for a further 3 months.
