Tasting note
Deep purple color. On the nose, it impresses with its intensity and concentration of red fruit aromas, which are in perfect harmony with delicate floral notes. The palate is rich and elegant, with excellent volume and silky tannins, all very well integrated with notes of red fruits. The finish is balanced and offers exceptional persistence and freshness. A wine that perfectly reflects the identity of the Touriga Franca grape variety.

Goes well with beef, chocolate, venison
Vinification
The best grapes from the best plots are brought to the winery in 22 kg plastic crates, and then trampled on in traditional stone tanks (lagar). The juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the juice is gently pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
