Tasting note
Strong crimson (cremisi). Fresh and fruity on the nose with notes of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, it is lively and firm with a salty and balanced finish.
Vinification
Short peel maceration of 4-6 hours in the press. Fermentation at controlled temperature. 7-month aging in stainless steel on fine yeast.
