Tasting note
Deep, intense ruby red with purple reflections, fresh - spicy nose, very juicy and pure on the palate, with notes of cassis, blackberries. leather and fresh herbs.

Vinification
A selection of the best plots in the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed by hand and the must remains in contact with our own yeasts for about 20 days. Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels.
