Tasting note
Notes of black cherries and blackberries with hints of lilac. On the palate, this Merlot, from the Pietrose single layer, is dense and powerful, with exceptional concentration and muscular tannins.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled or braised meat, pasta with strong sauces, game dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks for about 15-20 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel and wood. It is aged for 2 years in new tonneaux, large barrels and stainless steel.
