Tasting note
Bright ruby red, ripe cherries on the nose, basil, dried oregano, blackberries and caramel. Tastes the palate with a fine sweetness, juicy, beautiful tannin and hearty. In the finale, fine caramel nuances from toasting again.

Vinification
Each variety is vinified separately and the wines mature in barriques for 6 months. Only then is the cuvee created and refined again in wood for 2 years. In the bottle, the wine continues to develop for at least 8 months.
