Tasting note
A white wine with a strong personality and a strong identity, an ideal companion on a trip along the Tuscan coast, where the hills above the sea meet the Tyrrhenian Sea. Rich nose with fruity notes, sage and thyme with slightly sweet vanilla notes. The mouth is tasty, wide and enveloping with a mineral freshness that makes the wine very drinkable and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, Mediterranean pasta dishes, seafood and fresh goat cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the best locations in Tuscany. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh and lively characteristics of Vermentino. The wine ages on fine lees for a few months to develop depth and complexity.
