Tasting note
Intense cardinal red, full and complex bouquet, aromas of spices, red berries such as blackberries and black johnannisberries. Balanced, with pleasant acidity and elegant, robust tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with classic Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
Aging in barrels of 20 hectoliters for 12 months. Then aged in the bottle for at least 6 months. Certified organic from the 2020 vintage.
