About the wine
If Valentine's Day was a wine, it would certainly be the distinctive Cornalin 2018 — TORRETTE DOP. Picturesque and fertile landscapes of the Aosta Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Les Crêtes conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This cornalin is ideal to serve with Romanesco or light meat dishes.
