Tasting note
Noble dark mahogany in color. The nose offers aromas of dried fruits and nuts (roasted hazelnuts) with notes of vanilla and toffee. Round and supple on the palate. The spicy, sensual power conveyed by the maturation is what distinguishes this very old brandy. Impressive stamina and balance. A true champion!

Vinification
Traditional distillation of Parellada wines, which are then aged in American oak barrels. Torres combines several soleras or similar brandies, which are selected among the oldest in the cellar.
