Tasting note
Intense cherry red. Aroma: Intense aromas of red fruits, ripe blackberries, with notes of cocoa and licorice. Strong and pleasant on the palate. Wonderful enamel with soft tannins. Excellent balance between the natural residual sweetness and the wonderful freshness.

Vinification
80% of Nero d'Avola is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. 20% of Nero d'Avola and 100% of Nerello Mascalese are aged in steel tanks.
