About the wine
With the fine Toro DO Las Sabias from 2014, you will positively surprise your guests. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Dominio del Bendito masters this red wine in the enchanting and magnificent landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon).

Tasting note
Shows a deep red, almost black color. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums develop, accompanied by spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of chocolate. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and strong with juicy fruit aromas, well-integrated tannins and remarkable freshness. The finish is long and powerful, with a slight mineral note that rounds off the entire profile.
Culinary recommendation
Great with grilled lamb, beef, hearty stews and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes for this wine are harvested by hand and carefully selected. The stalking is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve fruitiness and freshness. The wine ages for 12 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels.
