About the wine

Bodegas Frontaura was founded in 2008 by Camino Pardo. The current winemaker began her career in the wine world back in 1996. She first sold the grapes to surrounding businesses until she dared to take the reins into her own hands and press her own wines, to the happiness of all Toro wine lovers. Camino Pardo lives in quality and innovation as values, which can also be felt in their wines from one of the most authentic and respected red wine regions in the world. Bodegas Frontaura covers approximately 120 hectares, on which the autochthonous Tinta de Toro grape variety, an original variant of Tempranillo, is grown. The privileged locations, the special climatic conditions and the fertile soil as well as the tireless work in the vines produce great grapes, which is the basis for great wines. With passion for detail, sensitivity and instinct, Camino Pardo produces wines with unique characters in their Bodegas.
