About the wine

Bodegas Frontaura was founded in 2008 by Camino Pardo. The current winemaker started her career in the wine world back in 1996. She first sold the grapes to surrounding farms until she dared to take the reins in her own hands and press her own wines, luckily for all Toro wine lovers. Camino Pardo lives quality and innovation as values, which can also be felt in their wines from one of the most authentic and respected red wine regions in the world. Bodegas Frontaura covers approx. 120 hectares, on which the autochthonous grape variety Tinta de Toro, a primordial variant of Tempranillo, is grown. The privileged locations, the special climatic conditions and the fertile soil as well as the tireless work in the vines produce great grapes, which is the cornerstone of great wines. With great passion for detail, sensitivity and instinct, Camino Pardo produces wines with unique characters in their bodegas.
