Tasting note
Ripe black cherry paired with aromas of dates. Fragrant with nuances of roses, magnolias and mint. On the palate, it is juicy, soft and elegant. The strong tannins are beautifully integrated and give this elegant Tempranillo richness and velvety.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stews, meat dishes, aged cheeses and spicy dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 12-month aging in French and American oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine is slightly filtered.
