Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, fine notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits, white flowers, thyme, orange peel, honey and vanilla. Well-structured, dense and balanced on the palate. Subtle honey notes, vanilla and ripe pears. The aftertaste is fruity and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spring vegetables, antipasti or fish dishes.
Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes are gently pressed after harvesting. The must is clarified at 10° C for 24 hours. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and aging in steel tanks.
