Tasting note
Intense garnet red with ruby reflections. Black currant and blackberry aromas. An interesting symbiosis of fruits, spices and juicy cabernet tannins as well as the richness and complexity of Merlot.
Culinary recommendation
Grillladen, beef, Mediterranean cuisine, meatballs.
Vinification
After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the juice of the hand-picked grapes continues to ripen in large wood for seven to ten months.
