Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow color. Aromas of dried apricots, white truffles, honey and sage in the scent, on the palate. On the palate, it is full and silky, virtuously complex and exotic with dried apricots, spicy limes and papaya, vanilla, licorice and salty toffee. Balanced between acidity and sweetness, with a long and complex aftertaste.

Goes well with desserts, blue cheese, aged cheese
Vinification
Made from strictly selected, botrytized Vespaiola grapes, dried for five months, and aged in French oak barrels, a third of them new ones.
