Tasting note
Its elegant ruby red crowns every festive occasion with style and magic. You won't find this shade in any color catalog. The refreshing aromas of Tonel Unico Cabernet Franc of red plum, clove and prune express a lot of finesse with a very unique structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of strawberry and pepper reveal their own character. Medium-strong body and dominant acidity result in red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.

Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for organic red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2026. Vinification
Information about vinification: 15 years in large used wooden barrels of 2000 to 6000 liters. Then 2 weeks in concrete vats. Minimal filtration No fining.
