Tasting note
The Tokara Rosé shimmers in a beautiful pink in the glass and develops wonderful aromas of sweet red berries in the bouquet, especially fresh strawberries and cranberries. The seductive scent of rose water successfully rounds off the first impression. On the palate, the rosé is nice and crisp, while the fine acidity makes for a pleasant mouthfeel.
Culinary recommendation
Drink this rosé solo on warm summer days or with a light lunch.
Vinification
The grapes were destemmed, crushed and cold macerated for 4 hours to extract color pigments. The mash was then pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The rosé was bottled immediately after a short storage period.
