Tasting note
Lively golden color with shiny reflections, inviting nose with intense aromas of dried apricots, raisins and figs. On the palate, the wine is open, complex and with a beautiful harmony between sweetness and acidity. Again aromas of dried fruits, with notes of citrus peel and blossom honey. Very long, elegant and intense finish.
Vinification
This Tokaji wine is made from grapes with highly developed botrytis. Fermentation without additional yeast in the new Hungarian oak barrel, then matured for twelve months.
