Tasting note
Pressed from early-harvested Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Mourvèdre grapes by hand. Gently pressed and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled low temperature to preserve the elegant aromas and freshness. Fine aromas of apricot, pink grapefruit, wild berries and cherries, plus floral notes and a fine-tart, herbal spice.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish or meat carpaccio, vitello tonnato or grilled scampi. With its spicy, fruity side, it is also easy to combine with pies and terrines, hearty soups and poultry.
