About the wine
The grapes were exposed to the sun for eight days and then shaded for 38 days. This led to an intensive concentration of colors, aromas and tastes. The resulting juice, obtained only in small quantities, fermented over several months and aged in oak barrels for five years.

Tasting note
Deep red color with ruby reflections. Nose with complexity and intensity, resulting in sweet aromas of black and red fruits such as plum, sour cherry, fig, dates, sour cherry liqueur, chocolate, tobacco, mint, nutmeg, Star anise, licorice, cigar and leather. Rich body with excellent balance of sweetness, tannins and acidity. The aromas follow the aromas of the nose with a strong expression of chocolate and nutmeg. Very long finish.
Vinification
The grapes were left in the sun for eight days and then shaded for a further thirty-eight days without losing the aromas. Extraction for twenty-five days was followed together with alcoholic fermentation. The fermentation ended after five months in oak barrels and the wine aged there for five years.
