About the wine
The young Casa La Rad winery is a natural paradise. Wild animals live in forests and on lakes on 800 hectares, in between 100 hectares of vines and 115 hectares of grain, almonds and olives grow. Respectful use of natural resources is practised here, and biodiversity has top priority. Distracted from old-fashioned classics, but without denying origin and tradition, the clear goal of Casa La Rad is to produce quality wines with their own character, but without losing their roots and roots.

Tasting note
The grapes come from around 40-year-old vines. The aging takes place partly in 500 liter barrels and partly in French oak barriques. On the nose, there are inviting aromas of dark berries, cherry compote and some pomegranate, finely framed with flowers. Plus spicy notes of dark mocha chocolate, cedarwood and subtle vanilla tones. Showing good depth, with fine enamel and great length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a variety of stews, spicy stews or mushroom dishes, dark meats and game, but also with ripe hard cheeses.
