About the wine
The Tinto de Verano Premium Carolina reinterprets the classic Spanish summer wine tradition. Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes and refined with natural lemon aromas, the result is a fresh, aromatic wine with fine perlage — produced using the Charmat method.

Tasting note
The bright cherry red color with crimson reflections and the constant fine bubbles underline the lively character. In addition to typical notes of dark fruits and licorice, the nose also features lemon and fine spices. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fruity and sparkling, with a sweet-citric note that provides structure and length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light Mediterranean dishes such as grilled vegetables, tapas, grilled fish or fresh summer salads with citrus dressing. Also ideal with paella or as an accompaniment for relaxed afternoons with finger food and olives.
Vinification
After traditional red wine production, the wine is refined with natural lemon aromas to give it its characteristic, refreshing style. This is followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat method in pressure tanks. This technique preserves the fruitiness of the Tempranillo grape and gives the wine its fine, well-integrated perlage.
