Tasting note
Dark red to purple color. Very fruity start with scents of plums and freshly cut grass. Very delicate on the palate with the taste of plum compote. Overall, with a complex structure and a very pleasant medium-length finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with paella with meat and poultry, game, grilled meats, cheese.
