A true representation of its terroir, elegant and profound, without any bitterness. His aromatic personality is characterized by notes of candied lemon, acacia honey and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is concentrated and full-bodied, yet fresh. Its aftertaste is long and persistent.

Limited to 1,345 bottles This wine goes through careful vinification, starting with destemming and crushing, followed by 48-hour cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and ceramic amphores. After 15 months of aging on fine yeast and 4 months in bottle rest, an exceptional drop is produced.
