Das bleibt in Erinnerung: Sein strahlendes Grüngelb erfreut zuerst das Auge und anschliessend den Geist. Ein Weisswein mit leichtem Körper und markanter Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine individuelle Struktur entfaltet.
