Tasting note
Strong yellow with dark yellow reflections. Fruity, intense, fine and slightly vanilla on the nose. Good complexity and harmony. On the palate, wonderful aromas, good acid structure, long and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish with herbs, goat cheese and truffles.
Vinification
Separate collection and pressing of the various varieties. Aging for approx. 12 months in French barriques.
