About the wine
Fake like Zurich, only famous. Dae Herr Müller us in Thurgau. The first Riesling-Silvaner vines were planted in 1972 in Chrachefels in Neunforn and a large part was renewed in 2016. The vines are located 450 meters above sea level facing east-west and are very well ventilated. The white grape variety was bred in 1882 by Swiss Hermann Müller-Thurgau at the Geissenheim Research Institute in Rheingau and is considered the most successful new breed of white wine worldwide.

Tasting note
Light lemon yellow. Fresh and mineral bouquet. On the nose, aromas of mint and citrus fruits. Fresh, fruity aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with light fish dishes, white poultry, fresh salads, asparagus or mild cheeses. Also ideal with Asian-inspired starters or light pasta dishes.
