Tasting note
This ruby red sarde is made from grapes from 70-year-old vines of a rare, autochthonous, Sardinian grape variety. Spicy fruity nose with aromas of red berries, plum jam accompanied by leather, pepper and coffee. On the palate, with elegant, soft tannins, dense body and pleasant fruit notes.
