Culinary recommendation
Scampi, grilled tomatoes, zucchini spaghetti, vegetable wok and spicy chicken with basmati rice.
Vinification
My grapes are harvested at a low temperature and kept in cold maceration for a week. After pressing, fermentation at a maximum temperature of 14°C for approximately one month. After that, with continuous batonage, I stay on the yeast for three months.
