Tasting note
Ripe red fruits dominate the nose and palate, while floral notes give the wine lightness and freshness. The seasoning of white pepper and potpourri spice mix gives the wine additional complexity. Still a bit fresh and impetuous when young. However, a little storage will favour the integration of French and American oak.
