About the wine
The gentle is conscious enjoyment with half alcohol. We all like to drink - whether on special occasions, simply at the end of work with colleagues, to go out with friends through the night or for a cookout with the family. At the same time, we want to take care of ourselves and be clear the next day. And so we move somewhere in between: Sometimes we are self-optimized abstainers, sometimes we fly through the night in a celebratory mood. We can land purposefully in between. Toast in a cultivated manner and consciously enjoy ourselves at the same time.

Tasting note
The first sparkling delights with apple and citrus notes. Especially for family celebrations, birthdays and evening events, it brings the necessary light elegance that only a six percent Prickelnder can offer.
Culinary recommendation
Goes great with southern dishes or alone with olives for an aperitif.
Vinification
Cuvée of traditional and dealcoholized wine - with full flavor. The initial wine is cuvéed with its counterpart gently de-alcoholized in a vacuum. The result: the gentle with 6 vol% alcohol.
