The Perrin-Pitt diptych became a triptych with Master Distiller Tom Nichol, who joined the adventure of creating a unique gin. Like a painter, Tom develops his gin creations from colors (taste) and light (aroma). The resulting The Gardener reflects the beauty and magic of the Côte d'Azur. It is a quest for perfection, devised by friends who are committed to art and craft together.

Tasting note
Crystal clear color Pleasant juniper flavor with a well-balanced background of citrus, black currants and mint. Sublime and soft texture in the mouth. Perfectly balanced between junipers and citrus fruits that creep into the foreground.
Culinary recommendation
Try it in a dry martini, negroni or as a classic gin & tonic.
